XXIX International Meeting on Nursing Research in Care and 7th International Doctoral Candidates Conference

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. ORAL COMMUNICATION:

Here are the guidelines to follow when submitting your presentation and the structure to be used. In any case, they can be consulted on the conference website.

  • Time. You will have 10 minutes for your presentation (5 minutes if your presentation is SHORT). This time does not include the time the moderator will devote to questions. Only this time will be available and must be strictly adhered to out of respect for the other members of the panel. The moderator will ensure strict compliance with this rule.
  • Submission format. Slides in PowerPoint format or an alternative compatible format.
  • Language. Only presentations for the International Doctoral Students’ Conference must be in English. However, the oral presentation may be given in Spanish if the speaker prefers.

All presentations must follow the following structure: slide number 1 must include the presentation details of your communication. Slide number 2 must contain the following information:

  1. It has been approved by the relevant clinical ethics committee (yes/no/not applicable).
  2. You have obtained informed consent from the participants (yes/no/not applicable).
  3. The authors have a conflict of interest (yes/no). If yes, please describe briefly.
  4. Whether the authors have used generative artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process (yes/no).

To facilitate your exposure to these first required slides, we have attached the template that should appear in your presentation when you complete the steps below, indicating the date, session, and attaching your document. The rest of the slides can follow the structure and format freely, as long as the content presented is legible and understandable to those attending the session.

  • Please present your work clearly and concisely, bearing in mind that too much information only leads to confusion. Speakers are requested to focus their presentations on clinical practice, bearing in mind that most of those attending the Meeting are professionals in this field.

Please remember that the deadline for submitting your presentation is 27 October 2025 at 8 p.m. Please note that as the presenter responsible for your presentation, you are solely responsible for meeting the important dates listed here.

  1. POSTER:

Size. The size of the poster will be 80cm wide x 90cm high. The poster shall be displayed in vertical position.

Submission format. 1 slide in PDF format.

Recommendations. Include only the essential text so that the objective, methodology and conclusions are sufficiently clear to the reader. The results should preferably be presented in graphs and tables that should be clear and attractive. It is convenient to include a contact address. A statement of possible conflicts should be included at the bottom of the poster. In case of no conflict, put the following sentence. “There is no conflict of interest in this work”.

Display. Posters will be exhibited during the entire Meeting through the platform used for the event. Questions and answers about the poster content will be asked during the coffee breaks, the poster presenter is kindly requested to be in front of his/her work during these breaks. Participants will have the possibility to vote for the best poster through this platform.

Presenters must be present at the event (so they must collect their documentation before Wednesday 12th before the coffee break), otherwise their work will be withdrawn from the program. In case of any exceptional circumstance, please contact the event secretariat.

INSTRUCCIONES ADICIONALES
  • Nº máximo de caracteres 4000 (incluyendo espacios, pies de figura y tablas) y un máximo de 500 palabras.

  • Tablas e imágenes: Un total de 2 sumando tablas y/o figuras, es decir: (a) dos tablas (b) dos figuras (c) o una tabla y una figura.

  • Las tablas no se incluirán en el cómputo de caracteres. Las tablas e imágenes se insertarán en del texto. Para ello, se usará el icono que aparece en la barra de controles de la parte superior del contenido del resumen (o bien utilizando Ctrl+G). Las tablas o gráficos deberán estar en formato imagen (jpg, bmp, png).

  • Para que las imágenes tablas tengan el tamaño adecuado no deben superar los 1200 píxeles en ninguna de las 2 dimensiones. Tenga en cuenta que el tamaño de 1200 píxeles corresponde a 1/4 de un folio DIN-A4. No incluya imágenes o tablas con tamaños tan pequeños que el texto o las gráficas sean ilegibles.

  • Los autores deberán seleccionar un área temática.
  • Si selecciona el tipo de contribución “Comunicación Oral”, ésta podrá ser seleccionada como comunicación oral o póster. En caso de seleccionar “Comunicación Póster”, se desestimará su presentación como comunicación oral. Si selecciona “Investigadores Noveles”, sus trabajos se valorarán en una categoría a parte y podrán ser seleccionados como comunicación oral o póster.

  • Para ser considerado Investigador Novel se debe reunir al menos una de las siguientes condiciones antes de la fecha de inicio del Congreso:
    1- Radiofísico Interno Residente.
    2- Becario doctoral o post-doctoral.
    3- Título de graduado posterior al 1 de junio de 2015.
    El “investigador novel” debe ser miembro de una de las dos sociedades en el momento de la presentación del resumen, y ha de figurar como primer autor.

Para poder enviar una comunicación se requiere un registro en la plataforma indicando datos personales y la selección de una cuota de inscripción. La elección de cuota y medio de pago; no requiere el abono de esta en el momento de registro. Puede dejarse pendiente de pago hasta la aceptación de la comunicación, se respetará la cuota seleccionada. Para mas información visite nuestro apartado de preguntas frecuentes.
