1FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
To submit your abstract, click here. Below are the key points you should keep in mind:
- Registration on the platform: The first step is to register on the platform. The person listed as the first author in the abstract submission will be considered the presenter, unless otherwise indicated. If there are presenter changes, both the former and new presenter must sign a change request, which must be approved by the Scientific Committee.
- Confirmation and access to your registration area: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your registration area. From there, you can modify your registration data, authorship, and any other details related to your communication. Remember that you will need your email address and password to access this area.
- Abstract submission: You may submit your abstract immediately after registration, or at any time before the deadline. If you choose to submit later, you will only be able to do so through your registration area. We recommend saving the second email, which contains the links to your registration area.
- Submission guidelines: Before submitting your abstract, make sure to read the rules. Abstracts must be written in Spanish, English, or Portuguese and must not exceed 3,300 characters (excluding references).
- Submission of additional abstracts: If you submit more abstracts before the deadline, you will not receive an additional acknowledgment of receipt. However, you will be able to view and edit these abstracts in your registration area.
It is essential to enter authorship information correctly, as it will be used for certificates, the program, and other event-related materials. Once the Scientific Committee has accepted your communication, no changes to authorship or abstract content will be allowed.
You do not need to bring it printed. The organization will print all accepted posters. For your poster to be printed, you must submit it following the instructions in the acceptance letter and within the given deadlines. If you do not send it on time, you will be responsible for bringing it printed yourself.
Yes, any supporting material for oral presentations must be submitted following the instructions in the acceptance letter and within the specified deadline. If you do not send the material, it will be assumed that you do not require it, and no later changes will be accepted. In that case, your presentation will take place without supporting material.
2FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS TO THE STUDENT CORNER (UNDERGRADUATE & POSTGRADUATE):
Yes, you may submit your abstract to the Student Corner as long as you are enrolled on the abstract submission date (June 3). Abstracts submitted to the Student Corner may be about projects with or without results and will only be accepted in poster format. If the project includes results and the authorship includes tutors or professors, it must be submitted under the general category.
Yes, if your abstract includes results and you are a student (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, EIR, or others), you may submit the completed-results abstract to the conference, outside the Student Corner, to be considered for an oral or poster presentation.
Yes, since at the time of abstract submission you were enrolled as an undergraduate student, you may register and pay the reduced student fee, even if you have already completed your studies by the time of the conference. Remember that after registering, you must send proof of your student status before June 3.
3FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCEEDINGS BOOK:
The proceedings book includes all accepted works, both those presented at the International Doctoral Conference and those presented at the International Nursing Research Conference, provided that the authors voluntarily submit them, following the established guidelines and before the deadline.
No, submission of the text for the proceedings book is optional.
Some scientific journals and/or universities may require that your work be original, meaning it has not been previously published. For this reason, you may wish to preserve the originality of your work and decide not to submit it for inclusion in the proceedings book.
The book will have an ISBN, so it may be considered as an academic merit. However, some scientific journals may not accept works already published in an event’s proceedings book.
The book will be published electronically on the event’s website and through other digital dissemination channels, approximately 60 days after the conclusion of the International Nursing Research Conference.
The final version of the book will only include works that were actually presented, excluding those not presented for reasons unrelated to the organization.
Yes, the book will only be published in electronic format, in line with environmental sustainability. This version is valid for academic and curricular purposes.
4FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CREDITS AND CERTIFICATES:
To obtain credits, you must attend 100% of the plenary sessions and record your entry and exit in the rooms using the method provided.
- Certificates of attendance: You may download them from your registration area on the platform, one week after the event.
- Certificates of communication: Also available in your registration area, one week after the event.
- Certificates of awards: Will be handed out during the closing ceremony.
Note: Certificates will use the authorship data exactly as entered in the abstract submission platform, in the order established at the time of submission.
